Patricia earned a Master of Social Work degree at the University of New England. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS-A) in North Carolina and is licensed for telehealth in Florida.
Patricia is rostered by the North Carolina Child Treatment Program (NCCTP) in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and she is trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Patricia has a wealth of training and experience in evidence based mental health treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy and more.
Patricia is most passionate about helping others understand the impact of stress, trauma, depression, etc., and the impact mental health has on the whole individual and the people they love and care about.

Jacqueline Martinez, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional whose career bridges military and civilian realms, offering a holistic approach to mental health care. With significant experience at the Department of Defense and Veteran Affairs, she has specialized in supporting active-duty service members post-combat, focusing particularly on veterans with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), PTSD, and aiding veterans in their recovery and societal reintegration.
In addition to her military service background, Jacqueline has a strong foundation in community and civilian mental health care. She applies therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy across various settings, addressing a wide range of mental health issues. Her work in community health centers has included working with youth, elderly, and integrated behavioral health care. By blending her understanding from both military and civilian sectors, Jacqueline is dedicated to fostering healing, empowerment, and resilience in all her clients
Aditi Patel, LCMHC
Aditi is a South Indian therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a board-licensed mental health professional. She is dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based care. Whether supporting a child with big emotions, a teen under academic or social pressure, or a young adult managing anxiety or identity concerns, Aditi creates a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
She works with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, anger, and communication struggles. Aditi has extensive experience supporting children and their caregivers, adolescents through developmental changes, and young adults facing transitions, stress, and relationship challenges.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. Drawing from Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), she helps young children and caregivers strengthen their bond and manage behavior effectively. She also uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns and integrates mindfulness and culturally responsive strategies to support emotional regulation and resilience.
